Tax. In India, prices are before tax and 18% GST is added, with a GST invoice. Outside India, the price shown is the whole amount: no tax is added, and you get a zero-rated export invoice. Everything is charged in Indian rupees; a foreign card is converted by your bank.
Upgrading keeps everything. The new plan starts at once, its time is added on top of what is left on your current plan, and your leads, customers, history and settings stay exactly as they are.
Three separate things, up front
There are three separate things, and it is worth being clear about all three up front.
Your Syncus plan — the software
A monthly or yearly subscription. It decides how many customers you can message, how many staff seats you get, and which capture doors are switched on. This is the only recurring charge from us.
Your Syncus wallet — the messages you choose to send
Prepaid, and it only moves when you send. ₹0.97 for a marketing message, ₹0.30 for a code or receipt. You see the total before every send, and anything that fails to deliver is refunded automatically. Capturing customers, calling them and running your pipeline costs nothing at all.
Meta's own charge — billed to you, by Meta, separately
WhatsApp is Meta's. They charge their own small delivery fee on your own WhatsApp Business account, with your own card, on a bill that comes from them and not from us. We set this up with you once during onboarding so it is never a surprise later.

What is Syncus CRM?
Syncus is a WhatsApp CRM for growing businesses. It collects everyone who shows interest — from your ads, website forms, WhatsApp, coupons and walk-ins — into one list, puts each new lead on your phone in seconds, and helps your team call, follow up and bring customers back on WhatsApp.
Can I use Syncus outside India?
Yes. Syncus works for businesses in India, the Gulf and elsewhere, with customers in any country. Plans are charged in Indian rupees; a card from another country is converted by your bank.
Do I pay tax on my plan?
Indian businesses pay 18% GST on top of the plan price and get a GST invoice. Businesses outside India pay no tax to us and get a zero-rated export invoice.
What does WhatsApp cost?
Capturing leads, calling them and running your pipeline is free. WhatsApp messages you choose to send are paid from a prepaid wallet, and Meta bills its own small delivery fee — which depends on your customer's country — to your WhatsApp Business account directly.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts on a free plan with 50 contacts, so you can capture customers and use the CRM before choosing a plan.
What happens to my data if I upgrade?

Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They use the WhatsApp they already have. Your team uses Syncus in the browser or adds it to their phone like an app.
What does Syncus AI cost?
₹2 per customer conversation (one customer, 24 hours, any number of replies), paid from your wallet, inside a daily limit you set. It pauses itself if the wallet runs low.
Does wallet credit expire?
No. It stays in your account and is ready whenever your plan includes the feature it pays for.
