Shops, outlets & walk-in businesses

Turn the people who walk in once into customers who come back.

Syncus gets you the number at the counter, keeps every customer in one list, tells you who has gone quiet, and lets you message them on WhatsApp when you have something worth saying.

For cafés, restaurants, salons, gyms, boutiques, clinics, coaching centres — anywhere customers come to you.

The Syncus Audience: every customer in one table with their number, where they came from, their coupons and their status.
Everyone, from every door, in one list.

The problem

A customer buys once and you never hear from them again — because the number went on a paper slip, or was never asked for at all.

Where your customers come from

Syncus has five doors, and all five are available to you. These are the ones that usually matter most for a business like yours:

Everyone, from every door, lands in one list — with their name, number, where they came from and what they said.

How it works

  1. Getting customers inFive doors, one list. Nobody arrives somewhere you have to remember to check.
A coupon campaign page showing a printable QR poster and a list of recent registrations with their status.
A coupon campaign — printable QR poster on the left, live registrations on the right.
  2. Knowing who to call todayThe Audience is not a list you scroll — it is a queue that tells you what to do next.
A customer's story drawer: the answers they gave on the form, buttons to call or WhatsApp them, and a timeline of every stage change.
One screen per person: their answers, every call, the whole timeline.
  3. Messaging on WhatsAppEverything here shows you the exact price before it sends. Nothing sends by surprise.
The broadcast wizard: audiences described in plain language with counts, and a footer showing the exact cost of the send.
Pick who in plain language — and see the exact cost before anything sends.

What it costs

There are three separate things, and it is worth being clear about all three up front.

1

Your Syncus plan — the software

A monthly or yearly subscription. It decides how many customers you can message, how many staff seats you get, and which capture doors are switched on. This is the only recurring charge from us.

2

Your Syncus wallet — the messages you choose to send

Prepaid, and it only moves when you send. ₹0.97 for a marketing message, ₹0.30 for a code or receipt. You see the total before every send, and anything that fails to deliver is refunded automatically. Capturing customers, calling them and running your pipeline costs nothing at all.

3

Meta's own charge — billed to you, by Meta, separately

WhatsApp is Meta's. They charge their own small delivery fee on your own WhatsApp Business account, with your own card, on a bill that comes from them and not from us. We set this up with you once during onboarding so it is never a surprise later.

Nothing here is hidden and nothing is bundled to look smaller than it is. If a demo ends with a business unclear about which of these three they are paying, the demo was done badly.

Getting a customer into Syncus is free — the poster, the scan, the registration and the calling all cost ₹0. You pay only when you choose to send a WhatsApp message. A coupon delivered to a new registrant costs ₹0.97, so a hundred new customers is under ₹100 — and each one is now a number you own rather than a face you forgot.
