Online & lead-generation businesses
Syncus puts the lead on your phone the second it submits, with the answers they gave, one tap to call, and one tap to record what happened — so the follow-up is minutes, not days, and nothing is lost to a spreadsheet.
For franchise sales, real-estate, education, clinics, B2B services — anywhere you buy attention and sell on a call.
You pay for every lead. It fills at 9:41pm, sits in a dashboard nobody has open, and gets called tomorrow afternoon — after two competitors.
Syncus has five doors, and all five are available to you. These are the ones that usually matter most for a business like yours:
Everyone, from every door, lands in one list — with their name, number, where they came from and what they said.
All 35, with a line on how a business like yours would use each.
5 things
Five doors, one list. Nobody arrives somewhere you have to remember to check.
8 things
The Audience is not a list you scroll — it is a queue that tells you what to do next.
6 things
Everything here shows you the exact price before it sends. Nothing sends by surprise.
5 things
Set once, then it runs. This is where a small team stops losing to a slow one.
4 things
The offer, the poster, and the moment it is used at your counter.
3 things
The numbers an owner actually asks for, on one screen.
4 things
Who can do what, and exactly what you pay for.
At an exhibition stall or an event — the offline half of a mostly-online business.
Your Google Ads landing page feeds the same queue as your Meta ads — one place to work, not two.
The main door. This is the one that turns ad spend into a phone that rings.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads land here, tagged with the ad they came from.
Your old CRM export, so the new queue starts full rather than empty.
The single most important screen in the product for you. Empty it every day.
The difference between a lead you followed up twice and one you called once and lost.
Catches the ones a busy sales day swallowed.
The raw material of your funnel. Every stage change is backed by a real call.
Your whole sales process, in words your team already uses.
Revenue per ad, not just leads per ad — the number that decides where budget goes.
Budget band, city, which product they asked about.
Walk into a call knowing exactly what they asked for and what was said last time.
Send the brochure and the pricing sheet without leaving the lead's record.
"Leads who never answered" for a second attempt at a different hour.
A follow-up wave timed for when your audience actually reads.
Name and enquiry detail, so a follow-up does not look automated.
Learn which message restarts a dead conversation.
Same — and it is the rule Meta judges you on.
The single highest-value automation you have. It answers at 9:41pm when you are asleep.
Sets expectations on when a human will call.
Useful if you run referral or trial codes.
"What does it cost?" "How long does setup take?"
The discipline that turns a lead list into a sales process.
A referral or trial offer you can hand out at events.
Same page works for a trial code redeemed by your sales team.
Useful if you have regional offices or franchise locations.
Stops a junk lead consuming a real follow-up.
Won value against the leads that produced it.
Tells you which channel deserves the next rupee of budget.
This is the speed in speed-to-lead. Without it the queue is just a list.
A sales desk where every lead has an owner and nothing is "someone else's".
Prevents an enthusiastic follow-up from emptying the wallet.
Message spend sits next to the leads it produced.
GST invoice with your GSTIN in India, zero-rated export invoice outside it.
Real screens, not mock-ups.
There are three separate things, and it is worth being clear about all three up front.
1
Your Syncus plan — the softwareA monthly or yearly subscription. It decides how many customers you can message, how many staff seats you get, and which capture doors are switched on. This is the only recurring charge from us.
2
Your Syncus wallet — the messages you choose to sendPrepaid, and it only moves when you send. ₹0.97 for a marketing message, ₹0.30 for a code or receipt. You see the total before every send, and anything that fails to deliver is refunded automatically. Capturing customers, calling them and running your pipeline costs nothing at all.
3
Meta's own charge — billed to you, by Meta, separatelyWhatsApp is Meta's. They charge their own small delivery fee on your own WhatsApp Business account, with your own card, on a bill that comes from them and not from us. We set this up with you once during onboarding so it is never a surprise later.
Nothing here is hidden and nothing is bundled to look smaller than it is. If a demo ends with a business unclear about which of these three they are paying, the demo was done badly.
The whole capture → call → qualify loop is free. A lead arriving, notifying your phone, being called and moved through your pipeline costs ₹0 — there is no per-lead fee and no per-call fee. You pay only for WhatsApp messages you choose to send: ₹0.97 for a marketing message, ₹0.30 for a receipt or code. For a business already paying a few hundred rupees per lead, the follow-up is the cheapest part.
